He obtained the degree of LL.B (Honors) & LL.M from University of Dhaka. He is a inhabitants of Faridpur District. Earlier he served as Join District and Sessions Judge in Munshigonj District. He attained 101th Basic Training Course, 17th Training Courses at Judicial Administration Training Institute, 66th Military & Orientation Training Course, 123th Survey and Settlement Training Course and Special Training Course National Judicial Academy, Bhupal, India. The saying he likes most is that "Injustice Anywhere is a threat to Justice Everywhere.''
